Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of cancellation notification

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed

  • Sale or clearance items (where clearly stated)

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods

  • We will refund:

    • The full price of the item(s)

    • The cost of standard delivery (if applicable)

Note: Express or premium delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • We will cover all associated return costs for faulty or incorrect items

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges.
